I usually quote for my time and ask you to pay for the ingredients, which depends on the menu and number of guests, as well as the type and duration of the event. I can also suggest delicious cocktails to get your evening started - or keep it going .. and have some good contacts within the wine trade should you need any help with choosing your wines.
